New Financial Opportunities The newly-launched Tuition-Free at Austin Peay program covers tuition and related educational fees for eligible freshmen and transfer students, allowing them to make their educational dreams a reality. Austin Peay also offers in-state tuition rates to all of the nation’s military- affiliated students, which includes active-duty military personnel, veterans, reservists, National Guard members and their eligible family members. In addition, APSU offers a four-year graduation guarantee: If you don’t graduate in four years, the university will pay your remaining tuition. Incoming freshmen and transfer students also have an opportunity for new $2,000 experience grants to study abroad, participate in internships and develop innovative research.
